I’ll seriously never understand why people let their animals get like this. A dog shouldn’t look like a beached whale.

I dnt think that’s right and people are on here are making jokes like this is funny when a dog should be able to enjoy his lfe not begin fat and over weight what if he die’s from sufication.that’s beyond sad.
sometimes pets get various diseases and have to go on medications which make them gain weight due to uncontrollably ravenous appetites or just metabolic changes. when this happens the pet (esp dogs) are usually ashamed of the fact that they know they’re being disobedient by rummaging through the trash or the food drawers but feel helpless because the medication makes them feel like they are starving. it’s very sad indeed.
