In my ‘hood, the ATM got so bad with their service fees that all of them were stolen.
Now we have to get extra cash from the A&P.

I know that an ATM on a cruise ship in 2004 charged an $11 fee. But that’s the price for convenience - was this a nonbank ATM?

That is most likely at a strip club. They can even charge extra to keep the name anonymous on the statement so if someone sees it they can’t tell that you were giving your money to strippers.

i assume ian cooper is a nonbank. maybe he had it outside his house. make a little extra cash from passersby. lot of capital though.
