   not only is this a photoshop, but it is a bad phtotshop.. they used his ear and the whole side of his head.. look at the color variation of her skin..

   yeah, but we could also use our imaginations and just say that they used a cheap Bic razor to do the shaving, which caused massive razor burn

   geez, even if they just changed the skin tone it would look closer to real, despite matching the guys head exactly.
