   I don’t believe this is rust - I think that it’s bullet holes - but I don’t be wrong.

   I am not sure this is the type of rust due to water and humidity…And you probably don’t want to have it on your own car…

   You can see the blast pattern on the wall. Someone detonated something near that truck for sure.
