   It’s called a Pallas Cat (Felis manul), a Central Asian species.

   I got sent this picture at work and LOLed at my desk! The cat, awesome! The fact that someone posted a notice to share it with their neighbourhood, hilarious! I’m a gonna find pictures of awesome pets and post up flyers like this in my area!
