   The msg is about talking about military matters to people who dont need to know about them. It can result in the enemy learning of said military’s plans, movements,etc.

   “Loose lips sink ships” is an adage that also desribes the propaganda–which isnt shit. It may seem hokey to some, but the intent is nonetheless true.
