I suspect they have a lot of openings in their chain of command. You know that bastards poorly trained, why are sticking the barrel of his weapon in your eye? Guess you’re poorly trained too. Good for us.

lol, he’s actually doing it correctly. he’s checking the cleanliness of the barrel on an SLR. the weapon has the bolt drawn back and locked and mr soldier has placed his thumbnail in the breach to reflect light up the barrel for the inspection. BTGTTeashirt
