    It’s silly…kinda funny and must be an awesome ice breaker and an incredible job blocker. Maybe he’ll regret it when he’s in his 30’s onward.
    Bottom line, it’s his body and his regret.
    Neck tattoos and other tattoos should be carefully chosen. It needs to have special meaning…a tattoo without meaning is a meaningless tattoo…and often one that you’ll regret.
    Maybe it symbolizes his memories from the trailer park?? Not calling him white trash but pink flamingoes do remind me of trailer parks. Kitchy!
