The sign clearly states “Exit to the left” and there is no wall….
So please do not use this door and walk a bit further. If this door is to be meant, the sign should have a down arrow (and maybe be mounted on top of the door).
Or:
This is no standard exit but may be used in emergency.
This has “premises liability” written all over it.
