    Sweet Christ. We all gotta die sometime. Fat people catch enough shit without crap like this.

    I have been obese all my life, I’m 31 now and I have a checkup once a year. I have never (knock on wood) had any health problems, no diabetes, no high cholesterol, nothing and I am in great health. Sure I don’t look all that great, but I’m good looking in the face, have a great personality and awesome son. Fat people do get enough crap without crap like this being posted everywhere. So, my point is, it is possible to be fat and be healthy. Yes, we all have to die sometimes and fat people may be at risk, but hell, at least we’re having fun doing it.

    @fat people.

    No, its not possible to be fat and healthy. Congrats Chad, you haven’t had a stroke yet. Learn to eat right and exercise…do it for your son if your too lazy and pathetic to do it for yourself. You’re only 31. If you have been obese for 31 years, it just shows you are inherently lazy and don’t give a crap about yourself. Fix it, don’t whine about it tubs o fun.

    It just shows how pathetic our society is that things like this are considered acceptable. Just because you’re ignorant and don’t know the facts behind the propaganda that makes weight into such a big issue. Thank about it for a second; who profits from fat people trying to lose weight?

  6. Danielle on May 4th, 2008 1:11 am

    Weight IS a big issue. Propaganda? A person doesn’t need anyone (who profits) in order to lose weight.

    P.S. What sort of culture is this “propaganda” harming? Corporations that make people fat outweigh those that try to help people get to and maintain a healthy weight. Have you ever noticed that on a bag containing McDonald’s takeout, there is never artwork (those “I’m lovin’ it” silhouettes) of obese people? That the pictures are always slim, active people? And yet, if I go into a McDonald’s, sit down, and count the people there eating who are slim, most of the time there just aren’t any.

    It is, indeed possible to be overweight and fit.
    It is also incredibly easy to be thin and fit…for a coffin.
    Weight is not the only indicator of health, Wow.

    Do you think he was nibbling on it before he died???

    Hell, this isn’t propoganda.
    It’s clearly unhealthy to be obese. Sure, a little chubby won’t do you any harm…but obese?

    Who gives a shit if you’re healthy or not…don’t you want to be comfortable with yourself? I don’t believe in this “curvy” nonsense. You’re not curvy, you eat 10 times more than you should; it’s pure gluttany. It’s rolls upon rolls of fat that make you look more like a sack of potatoes than a large hourglass.

    Seriously, people…stop trying to be politically correct, and say what needs to be said in order for these people to be saved. Obesity is a health risk. That’s that.
