    This actually makes perfect sense as a rebus in Russian, since what in English language is referred to as “nuts” or “balls”, in Russian is actually “eggs”…

    i think they are separate signs… the top is a man pissing himself cus the pole hes carrying is too havey and the bottom is eggs are greater than exclamation
