1. Amy Winehouse: While most lists decide to start off with Michael Jackson, we have concluded that Amy Winehouse is the most deserving of the number one slot. As far we know, she’s only had breast implants. Outside of that, she’s committed to pumping every known drug to man into her system while simultaneously being the best possible example of poor hygiene. Congrats Amy!

2. Jocelyn Wildenstein: The reason she sits at the top of most ugly list, has to do with the obvious plastic surgeries. It’s estimated that she has spent over 4 million dollars on making herself one of the ugliest man-made creatures walking the planet.

3. Kelis: R&B singer-songwriter. The gold teeth sealed her fate on our list along with plenty of others around the world.

4. Shane MacGowan: Irish Musician and Singer. Notorious for his recreational drug use, alcohol abuse, and a large set of walrus teeth.

5. Donatella Versace: Sister of Gianni Versace, the late founder of the Versace Brand. In her pursuit to remaking young looking, she hastened the transition to plastic ugliness.

6. Courtney Love: Everyone knows who she is and that she is on almost every list since they began.

7. DJ Qualls: He’s a natural.

8. Lady Gaga: One of the newest artist to the music scene. She’s naturally ugly and has a taste for tacky clothing. Though, I have a feeling, she’s gonna move up the list as time goes on. We will see though.

9. Lyle Lovett: Makes the list every year. Not much he can do about it.

10. Mickey Rourke: What happened? The dude used to be considered a new Tom Selleck, now with each injection of Botox, the guys looking more like a melting Ken doll.
