Ticket for not Speaking English - Dallas Texas

Interesting. In Tx you can be cited for driving and not speaking English, but only if you’re a commercial truck driver. Police are giving these tickets to regular drivers.

“So, I basically told my mom that she had gotten a ticket for not speaking English, she was worried that now that everytime she drives and she gets pulled over that she will get another ticket for not speaking English. The lady is unemployed and also wants to be compensated.
