They don’t *have* to do anything.
I’m sure the status and emotional self esteem involved could help, but the portrayal of women as status seeking shallow accessories doesn’t really span across all women. Ok, maybe 10%, but then again 10% of women are lesbians and 10% are probably subdued by their husbands.
Can you imaging hiding your face because if you showed a little neck it is your fault for being raped. Ridiculous.
News flash, guys. Women don’t get pretty for men. Women dress up and “suffer” for other women. This is done either for positive attention (compliments) or to evoke jealousy.

Ummmmm… I think this is *probably* a statement on the disfiguring nature of heels. I mean, she’s basically barefoot, do you expect her to go out like this?
On a note that completely devalues this artwork, I’d love to see a more refined and attractive form for actual use. Mostly as an artist though, I never wear heels personally but I like the appeal of bondage extreme heels.
