   They could cut that bench even more and rewrite it “Use only what a healthy human need”

   I live in Denver, and Denver Water sucks. They had imposed watering restrictions, and then they turned around and raised rates because they weren’t getting enough revenue. Jerks.

   they weren’t getting enough revenue spending all
   their money on DUMB park benches ?
